Abstract:

Time bank idea of equal exchange of time invested to work and knowledge sharing might seem very exciting, but there are certain issues which should be kept in mind during implementation of ideas related to time banking and also during time bank existence. This paper focuses on showing main elements and issues related to the topic. The information contained here are side results of on-going research of time bank systems, but as they are significant enough to the research itself they deserve to be published separately in a structured manner.
