Abstract:

According to World Health Organization, motor vehicle accidents on raods cause more than 1.2 million deaths worldwide. This isseriousproblem,whch requires serious concern. One of main primary sources on causes of road accidents may be police reports of road accidents. According to them, one of important primary factors may be connected with road signs readibility and ease of understanding. To improve that author proposes use of eyetracking technique,whichmay helptounderstand how drivers see and perceive road signs. This may lead to better ways of informing drivers on roads. Inthis paperpreliminary research has been done for future research.
