Abstract:
The concept of Information Society is very large, covering virtually all sectors of the economy. The basic aim is to create a society that includes access to all citizens, increasing the usability of information society services, reforming the government operational models and operational efficiency through appropriate use of information and communication technologies, increasing the competitiveness of the environment that business through advanced use of ITC. Firms aim through their web sites to purchase commercial nature as many email addresses of potential customers, which mean an important strategic effort. The principal objective of creating these electronic storefront sites, at existing customer loyalty, is determined largely by frequent return to these web addresses. This is quite natural considering the fact that the 5-10 times more expensive for a company to attract new customers than to existing ones and loyalty demonstrated by the practice of business worldwide.
