Role of Leadership, Change and People Management in Transforming the Future of Saudi Aramco Corp.

Abstract:

Leadership styles or qualities play an important role in accepting changes and challenges so that company can attain predetermined goals or objectives in more effective manner. This report explains about the Saudi Aramco that how they can identify leadership, change and people management can transform the future of the organization. It describes about workforce as source of competitive advantages and as a contributor to achieve high-level of performances and purposes. It also defined various strategies that are required to retain and develop employers brand and also define that how strategies can enhance the employees' commitment and engagement within the organization. The theories and concept also consider in this for dealing with several changes. At the end it concludes that work force is consider important resource of the business organization, hence management have to manage them in effective and efficient manner.
