Abstract:

This is an era of complexity and multiple dimensions that greatly challenges the organizations. It is a continuous struggle to maintain the market share with fewer costs. The words of the day is business excellence, as a solution of today`s restrictions. This paper reviews the idea of business excellence for the Romanian environment and presents the solution implemented by a company, which proved to be a hit. This article aims to present how an SME can successfully face these difficult times through modern methods for quality improvement.
