Abstract:

Time evolution of trade specialization is a phenomenon that reflects structural changes in the entire economic system of a country, being generally need time to make these changes because no comparative advantages in trade gains in a short time, especially by definition they are structural. Certainly if the phenomenon is a rule there are exceptions, for example, when drastic changes in production methods, as determined by external factors such as technology dissemination complete or extensive institutional changes.
