Abstract:
The current paper is a result of a research concerning HR issues in young SMEs. Part of a broader inquiry concerning young SMEs in Romania based on an 125 companies investigation, this research uses the Romanian National Council of Private SMEs questionnaire, a validated tools over the years, allowing a comparative approach on young SMEs and overall situation of SMEs in Romania for future research.
