Safety Culture Of Citizens In Selected EU Regions And Ways To Deal With The Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract:

Based on the current systemically related results and experiences collected during the covid-19 pandemic in several cities in different EU countries, the author of analyzes of situation analyzes and behavioral analyzes, actions and interactions of various functions and limitations struggling with the covid-19 pandemic. The composition is characterized by the cultural impact on the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of coping with this challenge by individuals, relationships and institutions. In analyzing problems that arise then, we use organizational and safety models of the organization, developed, perfected and used by the author and his team for almost twenty decades. These models, as research tools, were available, among others in national empirical research at the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century. Research and analysis of clear relationships between safety and culture analyzes, administrative organizations of local administration, services and "ordinary" bodies with the efficiency and effectiveness of several cities and counties in crisis situations. In the author's letter, he justified the thesis that cultural conditions, and specifically - the level and nature of safety culture and organizational cultures, covering various types of risk and legal - in terms of overall impact on the effectiveness of dealing with crisis situations, as well as all, such as the coronovirus pandemic. Joint research and teaching practice includes that a safety culture can be improved.
