Satisfaction with the Motivational Level of Czech Employees

Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to compare the desired and real level of employee motivation factors in the Czech Republic. The paper presents partial outputs from research of employee motivation preferences and their satisfaction with motivational factors. The findings of the research are based on data obtained from the questionnaire survey conducted in 2017. The sample of respondent include 1,141 Czech employees. Data processing was performed using basic descriptive statistics. There were calculated levels of significance p for groups of motivating factors using the T – test. The result of the thesis is to determine the differences between the desired level based on their personal motivational preferences and the real level of these motivational factors.
