Abstract:

The present article is another publication issued as part of the IBIMA Conference, dedicated to security at schools and educational institutions. The previous publication called “Physical and digital security in schools and educational institutions. Preliminary study: security organisation in schools and educational institutions”, included the results of survey studies performed in the environment of the headmasters of schools and educational institutions, while the current one presents the results of survey studies performed with the participation of the employees of said institutions.

The reason for pursuing the research subject among employees is the fact that previous research on security at schools and educational institutions in Poland focused on children and adolescents, while the group of employees was omitted. The objective of the second stage of research was to diagnose the risks and evaluate the process of organising security by the employees of these institutions. Due to limitations regarding the publication, only selected results of the study have been presented.
