Security of Digital Marketing Operations to Improve Small Business Performance

Abstract:

This article aims to analyze the preferences of small and medium enterprises for the adopted security solutions. At present, there is no study to show the impact of applying these solutions, preferences for choosing some to the detriment of others, how computer systems influence their use, in order to develop digital marketing that leads to an increase in organization performance. The research was based on a sample of 30 small, mediumsized and micro-enterprise enterprises in Bucharest, with different fields of activity. After applying the questionnaire and interpreting the answers through analytic tools, several discoveries were made. The results provided and interpreted have shown the impact of these security solutions for maintaining confidential data, stabilizing the market position of a business, and providing an environment conducive to the use and development of digital marketing methods, which is a key factor in improving performance.
