Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to analyze the change of legal norms in Poland caused by the humanitarian crisis through the prism of selected instruments of professional integration. The subject of the analysis will be the situation of a selected group of war refugees, i.e. persons who left the territory of Ukraine starting from 24 February 2022 due to the warfare and arrived on the territory of the Republic of Poland and to whom the Act of 12 March 2022 on assistance to citizens of Ukraine in connection with armed conflict on the territory of this country applies (O.J. of 2022, item 583, hereinafter: so-colled “special law”). The analysis focuses on teachers, who are classified in Poland as a regulated profession. The study mainly used the formal-dogmatic method. It will also provide examples of good integration practices developed by local authorities. The following hypothesis was accepted in the paper: The existing migration crises have shown gaps in the systemic approach to refugee crises in Poland, but also in the EU.
