This article explores the pivotal role of open-source projects in advancing sustainable finance, a field dedicated to aligning financial practices with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. It provides a detailed overview of prominent open-source tools that facilitate climate-aligned investments, carbon footprint measurement, and data-driven risk management.
