Abstract:

This empirical article is an attempt to identify the sources of technological innovations used in financial services companies operating in Poland and to assess their impact on the effectiveness of pro-technological innovation processes. Its realisation, based on the results of the surveys conducted in Poland’s financial companies sector, verifies whether the selection of the sources of technological innovations has a real impact on the degree of the implementation of the objectives underlying the decision on their implementation.
