Abstract:

The article substantiates the use of the balanced scorecard as the most modern and relevant tool for the development strategies implementation of various economic objects, including clusters. Based on the analysis of shipbuilding innovative territorial cluster development program of Arkhangelsk Oblast BSC components of the cluster are proposed. The relevant strategic objectives and indicators reflecting efficiency of development strategy implementation of Arkhangelsk Oblast shipbuilding cluster are described.
