Abstract:

The coronavirus pandemic of SARS-COV-2 is sweeping through all the countries and resulting in the change of the way how the companies operate. The novel coronavirus, originating from Wuhan, China, was declared as pandemic already 4 months after being identified (World Health Organization, 2020). Shortly after the virus has begun to determine not only how, but also if the employees are able to perform their tasks. Governments of all countries could only urge the enterprises to implement solutions enabling remote work wherever possible.
