Self-Management of Students in Drug-Prone Depok Area

Abstract:

The abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics in Indonesia from year to year are increasingly agitating. Currently, the drugs penetrating students’ circle. The purpose of this study is to analyze the self-management of high school and vocational high school students in drug-prone areas, so they are not exposed to drugs. This research employed descriptive quantitative research methods and surveys with questionnaires. The results showed that students' self-management is determined by age, living with parents, extracurricular activities, smoking activities, brawl/fighting activities, academic/non-academic achievements, drug consumption, and drug socialization.
