Abstract:

Knowing what the consumers think the area has always been prized marketing commodity. Opinion polls, surveys of customer preferences and media monitoring are an integral part of business activities. The development of modern technology is becoming a significant shift to the online marketing communications. Analysis of attitudes and moods (commonly known as sentiment analysis) is quite difficult, especially if done automatically without human assistance. Development of tools for automated sentiment evaluation deals with this issue.
