Sentiment analysis could help business owner identify consumer and like. And through this, gain the competitive advantage. In this paper, we talked about the feature of small business and sentiment analysis. Also, by comparing with traditional marketing method, sentiment analysis, this new social market method, has big advantages on cost and response time.
