Service Design at a Professional Firm A study of Kaizen Activity Installation in Egypt

Abstract:

Organizational change and transformation is one of the critical research topics especially in Arab world such as Egypt. In this paper, author discusses three topics based upon a case study in Egypt. At the result, it is supposed that the learning process in the professional consulting firm in Egypt could be interpreted with SECI model, and the innovative transformation process in its customers could be interpreted by applying five Stages model [1], and key success factors for Kaizen could depend upon its localization.
