Abstract:
Contemporary determinants of shaping leaders include the following factors: artificial intelligence and technology, pace of Change, purpose and meaning, new talent landscape, Morality, Ethics, Transparency and globalization. According to one of the concepts, shaping leaders should focus on six core dimensions. Business games are the way to shape leaders.
The aim of the article is to describe the business game as as method for shaping contemporary leaders.
The article describes business game as an area of shaping leaders.Then, the author's business game was exemplified. An evaluation of the business game was also presented.The evaluation of the game showed that the game was useful for job, the information provided during the implementation of the game responded to needs, The knowledge acquired during the game will help to do daily work better, the information provided during the implementation of the game was consistent with the information a participant receive at the workplace.Assessment of trainer: What the coach said was understandable. The trainer involved actively participating in the game, during the implementation of the game, created a pleasant atmosphere, kept the right pace of work , referred to the specifics of work, fully answered all questions, spoke on the topic, had substantive knowledge of the game. The information provided by the trainer was logical and comprehensive too.Materials used in the game: were useful and were easy to complete. The information presented in the materials was adjusted to needs and hhe audiovisual aids were of good quality. The game was well organized. Sufficient time has been allocated to the implementation of each month. The game ran for an appropriate amount of time. There were breaks during the implementation of the game. Assessment of breaks too short.
An overall evaluation of the game showed that the game is assessed positively. Besides, all participants would recommend this game to other people
