Abstract:

In this conference paper, the author presents a review of composing contentions of new structural economic and a comparison with strategy for the responsible development by 2020 (with 2030 perspective). This paper aims to identify respective NSE assumptions in the most up to date polish strategy of development which is supposed to set priorities for public institutions regarding polish economy for the next year.The author, by using various scientific methods such as analysis and criticism of available publications and literature,reviews  for the responsible development and present achievements in implementation of "flag projects" over the period 2017-2019 with appropriate criticism.
