Five topics appeared to be the most commonly linked with the development of sharing economy in tourism. They are: entrepreneurship and innovativeness of citizens, real estate market, local transportation, citizens’ quality of life and local budgets’ incomes. As recognized the indirect impact includes both positive and negative consequences.
