Size of the Organization as a Factor Determining the Implementation of a Process Management in the Conditions of Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract:

In this publication it was stipulated that the size of the organization determine the implementation of a process management in the conditions of small and medium organization.  The examined factors affect both the style and the function of management. The results helped suggest the following conclusions: small organizations are more oriented around the processes then medium. Furthermore, it is in the smaller organizations that the participative management style is more likely to be found.
