The presented case study can help in the process of implementation of universal transport solutions by identifying areas, which at the present stage still need to be transformed both at the city and Euroregional scale. Moreover, the presented and interpreted postulates can be a basis and incentive for further research in the field of implementation of the innovative smart city concept on the way to the development of the eu-region based on the idea of sustainable development of green transport.
