Abstract:

Development of the investments and construction sphere is one of the prioritized goals for any country and is referred to conditions of social and economic growth. A significant role in this development belongs to application of information technologies that became an integral part of modern society. The main purpose of this article is to systematize foreign and Russian experience in creation of smart technologies, including that at the stage of design and construction of “smart cities”, that will enable determining the current position and future prospects of the industry development.
