Abstract:

Integration of complex e-commerce systems (many shops serviced by a single logistics company) requires flexible, reusable platforms, allowing for effective combination of various services necessary for the implementation of e-commerce processes, e.g. online payments, couriers, warehouse and financial/accounting systems. To ensure high quality of data transmission (primarily in terms of efficiency, reliability, reliability, security) and high quality of customer service processes may be used Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The paper presents an original approach of e-commerce farms integration within SOA paradigm. The first part of the paper focus on the integration flows and transferred data. The general discussion have been summarized by the proposition of the SOA-based integration approach for logistics companies serviced many different e-shops.
