Social And Economic Development In Poland On The Example Of Generations X, Y And Z.

Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to showcase the differences and similarities in the understanding of the world by three generational groups, often referred to as Generations X, Y, and Z. The social, economic and financial differences across all the generations tend to be very significant, which is why taking advantage of emerging opportunities and a completely different approach to life is so interesting in the context of the explored subject. Showcasing the differences and similarities between the generations will help us understand the need for lifelong learning. Based on surveys conducted on a randomly selected group, the author will explore whether change is a positive or negative phenomenon.Â
