Social Expectations In The Process Of Creating The Offer Of Cultural Institutions

Abstract:

The article underlines the changing role of cultural institutions in shaping the habits of participation in culture. An attempt was made to assess social expectations towards public organizations. The level and scope of involvement of external stakeholders in the service creation process were examined for this work. The range of the research is the result of the conclusion that the engagement of direct recipients of services is one of the critical conditions of efficiency of the surveyed organizations.
