Abstract:

The article updates the problem that at the dawn of new millennium, scientific and technological progress, which is the main substantive component of the innovative development paradigm, opening new opportunities and prospects for people, at the same time creates completely new risks and threats. In this regard, increasingly modern high-tech society is characterized as a "risk society." In modern global technological space, technological progress initiates the emergence of subjective risks associated with deep existential problems of a modern person.
