Socio – Ethical Basis of Justice in the Context of Redistribution of Economic Goods

Abstract:

Justice is a value inherent in all human cultures. Nevertheless, justice is the most debated issue in the redistribution of economic goods and in law. Fair assessment is one of the basic value-based approaches of man to social reality, human behavior, social relations, processes and institutions. One perceives these connections through a culture-shaped sense of justice, which has not only a rational but also a cultural and emotional component. The aim of our paper is to examine the development of justice in the perspective of important legal theorists and philosophers. When processing the paper, the historical method was primarily used. In addition, other scientific research methods such as analysis, synthesis, induction, and transcription have been applied. The main result of this paper is to identify justice within the law. Another result is the confirmation or rejection of the established hypothesis that the historical development has unified the views on justice in the social and ethical aspects.
