Socio-Psychological Interaction of Members of the Educational Process in Higher School: Problems and Solutions

Abstract:

The materials, contained in this article, reflect the results of a research aimed at improving the interaction of members of the educational process in the context of higher education from the perspective of the adaptation process. The authors developed the program, which is the creation the conditions for discovering the qualities, which contribute to the social, psychological and personal adaptation of a young person to the university community in whole, to enhance the effectiveness of the educational process and also to self-actualization of the individual and activating the creative and cognitive activity of students. The statistically proved effectiveness of the conducted measures allows to speak about its resulting character. In our view, such events will enable universities to build the another system of interaction between all participants of the educational process, which will meet the requirements, set by the Russian Government to the high school.
