Abstract:

The article refers to that idea of the fathers of sociology, postulating the need to develop a sociological reflection on human security. This new security research paradigm known as "sociology of security" has appeared recently and needs to be developed for many theoretical and practical reasons. The authors of this article refer to previous publications and present new thoughts on two problems: 1) the presence of sociology of security in scientific discourse; 2) and an opportunity for developing of social security. According to the authors opinion sociology of social security is very important direction of the research but, as a science, still needs theoretical justifications.
