Abstract:

The research was carried out in a large enterprise. There is a large amount of self-developed software. In the company, there is a software development process which was investigated. The process is presented in this article. Analysis was carried out using the Ishikawa diagram. The main goal of this research is to reveal reasons for the pointed problem occurring. Based on the results of the analysis, an improvement plan was created.
