Abstract:

Financial and economic crisis fully felt in Romania too, especially at social level as a result of applying various types of expenditure cut in all the fields of activity as well as staff redundancies, technical unemployment, diminish of worked time, renounce to pay some increases, etc. determine to elaborate a strategy of active integration, based on three factors, namely an adequate financial support, labour markets favoring the integration and access to the services assuring income. It appears the need to elaborate some common policies at European employment level as well as some social policies based on social integration, especially during this crisis period, stressing the promotion of professional insertion capacity and continuous adapting of workers, due to an improvement of training supply at all the levels and some strategies to develop competencies. Until the elaboration of strategy and global policies to diminish the poverty determined by the crisis in our country, an efficient solution of income protection was adopted in this period of severe social crisis based on a research in the credit field, so that various social categories of the population could pay to a great extent their debts to the commercial banks.
