Abstract:

We are in a serious economic and financial crisis because, without removing economics finance, free money and accounts is nonexistent, and the economic and financial influence and doctrines, concepts, strategies, etc. The crisis is caused by breaking of economic and financial balances did mass, because, sectoral imbalances are strong, so we can talk about during the crisis only approximations, because we do not know to determine the precise causes, nature and scale of the crisis. Some of the main reasons generating, supporting crisis is caused by bureaucracy and slow access to EU Structural Funds grant components, the effects of economic globalization and emerging ţǎrilor. Also it is better to quantify the effects on the evolution of the economic crisis economy, financial and social. Underground economy has a significant role in solving problems of financing in times of crisis.
