Spatial Diffusion Of Innovation From “Circles Of Backwardness” And The “Big Push” To Innovative Development Of Territories

Abstract:

The article discusses current problems of regional development - spatial diffusion of innovation. Choosing a model of economic development is one of the most urgent problems in the development of innovation economy. The authors reveal the evolution of views on the problems of spacial diffusion of innovation and come to the conclusion that at present, various economic models of  innovation development of territories and innovation infrastructure are becoming more and more common in the field of innovation economy and diffusion of innovations. The paper draws conclusions about the existing mechanism of functioning and state regulation of modern spatial forms of organization of innovation economy.
