Abstract:

Preventing of corruption is one of the most current social problems of our time. Solving this problem is extremely important and difficult for many countries. This fully applies to Ukraine, the countries of the European Union and other countries, for which corruption has become a factor that really threatens the national security and constitutional order of states. Corruption negatively affects all spheres of public life: governance, economics and politics, legal and social spheres. It is one of the main obstacles to building a democratic, social and legal state.
