Abstract:
Based on the systematization of the view evolution of various representatives of scientific schools and empirical studies, the paper proves the need to consider not only traditional effects during the analysis of labor migration impact, but also spillover effects, the distribution effects that generate changes in related fields. Authors identify four spillover effects of labor migration: changes in the level of employment, change in the level wages, change of qualification structure of labor resources and increasing of labor productivity, and describe a scheme of the effects spreading consist of five orders. It is proved that spillover effects can have both positive and negative effects depending on willingness to accept labor migration and over time they can change the direction of influence.
