Abstract:

This study aims to verify various spots and futures of Supply Chain Management (SCM) in India. It further aims to verify and validate key factors of spot and futures Supply Chain Management in India. A case study of refinement of Dell's Supply chain management using Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm. Over the past three years, the excellent success of Dell Computer represents the importance of time in an innovative solution in the personal computer field to a global economic challenge. This work explains how Dell's direct sales and order-to-order approaches have effectively minimized inventory and quickly launched new goods, thus growing their market share and generating high returns on investment. The issue of the complex workflow of Dell is illustrated. This chapter takes Dell Supply Chain Management’s (SCM) principles and adapts them to the Internet consumer's diverse taste and product choice. By applying the latest Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm and try to optimize the DELL inventory model according to customer request.
