Abstract:

In the context of the import substitution, much attention to the real sector of the economy, the level of development of which determines the state of the national economy and the quality of life of citizens, is paid. Backbone industries are in a difficult situationas dependence on import deliveriesis typical for them. To solve this problem, a plan «Texnet» has been developed by National Technical Initiative, automobile, pharmaceutical and other industries strategies have been adopted; what will allow to overcome dependence on import deliveries. Due to new strategies and scientific innovations of the Russian industry, it is possible to bring the national market of the country to a new level.
