Abstract:

The article covers the essence and value of cluster units of the organizations in the maintenance of economic growth and increase of competitiveness in the country. The authors analyze the modern condition of cluster processes in Russia. Special attention is paid on the problem of how to improve state regulation of cluster activity, in order to solve this problem, it is offered to structure the regulatory legal acts and to develop a bill regulating the formation and functioning processes of cluster units of an organisation. The article thoroughly analyses the issues of cluster strategic management, offers some standard methodical materials defining the structural maintenance and filling of the strategy of cluster development and the program of cluster development in the long-term prospect, besides, the authoring on how to improve these aspects of the cluster units of the organisation are presented herein.
