State Regulation of the Heat Power Generation to Ensure its Sustainable Development

Abstract:

The modern problems of the national and world economies associated with the growth of global instability cannot be solved without improving the quality of state regulation of development in all areas of socio-economic life. This represents an increasing requirement for the state as a regulatory institution, as well as for economic science, engaged in the development of models and mechanisms for the sustainable development of the national economy, as well as its individual sectors. A special place among them belongs to the heat power generation, which, due to its scale and importance, is the flagship of the new industrialization and at the same time needs to be updated and the search for reserves to increase stability and efficiency. In the modern world, undergoing the transformation of the existing technological structure and the formation of a new one, the most acute are the issues associated with the use of alternative energy sources and the transition to new, effective models of its production and consumption. The use of electric energy in the heat supply system is actively discussed today as one of the directions of modernization of heat power generation. According to modern theorists and practitioners, the introduction of electric heating has the potential for sustainable development and reduce the environmental burden on the geosystem and, with the effective state support, can become a new driver of economic development of the industry.
