State Regulation Of Wages In The Agro-Industrial Complex Of Russia

Abstract:

Remuneration of labor is the main form of income of the population in any state. For example, in the Russian Federation, 92% of the populations are employed in the structure of the employed population. Therefore, the bulk of the most important decisions in the political and economic sphere directly or indirectly affect the size and differentiation of remuneration of wage workers. Models of wage regulation in foreign countries differ significantly from the model that exists in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to regulate the wage system. To this end, various problems of state wage regulation were analyzed. As methods of research methods of studying, generalization and abstraction were applied.
