Static-Dynamic and Qualitative Characteristics of Integrated Business Management Systems

Abstract:

The essence of integrated management systems for business structures is revealed, in particular, from the point of view of their structure and static-dynamic characteristics. It is proved that no matter how integrated structures are considered- from the standpoint of a hierarchy or process, their characteristics remain the same. It is argued that integrated structures can be in a state of forming or functioning, in addition their properties include: the system's ability to coordinate the goals establishment, choose and apply the ways to achieve them; the system's ability to counteract information entropy; the system's ability to show internal purposeful activity.
