Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to emphasize significance of the risk management in the process of implementation ERP software and presentation of the hypothetical solution in this area. Taking into consideration costs of such projects (which often exceed few hundred thousands dollars and last several months) the reduction of the risk may give real gain of time and money, so applied methodologies of the implementation ERP systems should reflect the importance of this fact.
