Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to show the tools for conducting investment events for an enterprise wishing to preserve and develop its positions in the real sector of the economy. Investment activity contributes to the leveling of negative economic factors. But it is inconceivable without financial security. Therefore, it is correct to talk about building a financial and investment strategy at the enterprise. At the same time, it is necessary to clearly distinguish between these two types of activities: financial and investment. The article considers the most complete structure of this strategy. The main attention is paid to the development of consistent steps to build and further implement the company's financial and investment strategy. Steps of forming a strategy are reflected in the conceptual scheme of construction, in the structural-logical model of the formation and implementation of the strategy. The article analyzes various aspects that directly or indirectly affect the formation and implementation of the financial and investment strategy. The study was carried out by methods of formalization and algorithmization.
