Abstract:

Permanent and continuous learning have become a necessity and a solution to the changes taking place in various areas of life and the society in which the individual lives. This paper addresses some of the current trends in the economy, such as the companies need for development, their need for learning and adaptation, and the need for competent employees, ready to commit to continuous improvement.
