Abstract:

Strategic agility is seen as a vital necessity for institutions to attain superior success in the institutions. However, there is a lack in the research conceptual framework that explains the linking between strategic agility with intellectual capital, and institution performance in the domain of higher education. As a consequence, the existing paper aims to contribute to design a framework for the literature by representing that intellectual capital acts as a mediator linking strategic agility with organizational performance. Therefore, it is important to examine the strategic agility in HEIs of Malaysia particularly in light of COVID-19 pandemic so that the right resources and capabilities can be developed and deployed to impact organizational performance positively.
