Abstract:

The system of established relations in the state regulation of the resource policy calls for a revision of the basic approaches to the management of the development of municipalities. Increasing the competitiveness of municipal entities in the Republic of Mari is to justify the formation and functioning of the alliance form of territorial production complexes as a factor in the effective and sustainable development of the regional economy.
